At eXp, we have over 40 hours of course content that is available virtually...yes, virtually! So don't worry if you have another job! Other brokerages have in-person training with some online options, but not here. We encourage learning, and have made it possible for everyone to learn as much as they want, when they want.
And not to forget our stellar New Agent Mentorship Program! You will have an experienced agent assigned to review your first 3 transactions, so you don't have to worry about getting it all right the first...or third time around. We don't want to see anyone fail. So learn on us and get ready to learn!

Joining any brokerage can be like drinking from a fire hose, but it doesn't have to be. With eXp - EPIC, we are a group within a group, which built to make sure you have support!
